A tour of the Burgos Porta family winery always take place in the company of one of the owners: Conxita or Salvador. This makes it a very special and firsthand experience of wine tourism.
This Priorat winery is located in Poboleda, or more specifically in Mas Sinén, a 17th century masía (farmhouse) in the heart of a small, quiet valley. Surrounding it are the family vineyards, some of which are more than 60 years old.
During your visit to the winery you will discover the principles of organic farming, which have been practiced here since the family began making wines. Not surprisingly, it was among the first wineries in the DOQ Priorat to produce certified organic wine.
Your tour begins in the vineyards, located at an altitude of between 300 and 500 meters above sea level and planted on soil made up largely of licorella, a typical slate found in the Priorat region. These vines yield between a meager kilo to kilo and a half of grapes each, but they are fruit of very high quality. On the tour, you will discover the key geographical and climatic conditions that cause this.
The visit continues in the winery, where you will learn about the facilities used for processing and ageing the wines. It ends in the tasting room – located in the upper floor of the winery – with a guided tasting of three organic wines.
This is undoubtedly one of the best wineries to visit and and experience enotourism in the Priorat.

Vaig anar amb unes amigues de Madrid i han tornat molt contentes de la visita!! La vista es impressionant, al mig de la naturalesa, el Salvador ho fa molt entretingut, vam estar molt a gust a les seves vinyes i a la cata/degustació també.

Visita fantástica. Bonito e interesante paseo por el viñedo. Buena explicación de la elaboración etc… y buenos vinos (especialmente, para mí, Mas Sinen Clos). Y, especialmente, Salvador, con su conocimiento y experiencia, hace que la visita sea un auténtico placer. Para repetir.

Excel·lent.
El Salvador parla de pressa perquè té moltes coses a explicar i els que el visitem, a aprendre. Des d’història, economia, vitivinicultura, passant per la influència de la Lluna, i cabassades d’amabilitat, disposició i sobretot, passió. Sap transmetre l’esforç, l’ofici, la constància i la il·lusió que cal per crear un producte de qualitat, el qual és dipositari d’un tros de totes i cadascuna de les persones que el treballa i fan que sigui possible.
No soc sommelier, però sí consumidor exigent i el vi que es fa al Mas Sinén, Celler BURGOS-PORTA, des d’ara que el conec, sempre tindrà una molt grata rebuda a la meva taula. Espero i desitjo que el bleix que inverteixen trobi la compensació i reconeixement que bé mereixen. Personalment aportaré el meu granet de sorra difonent i degustant el seu vi, sempre que escaigui.

Un celler fantàstic i una visita espectacular! Es nota que en Salvador i la Conxita els apassiona el que fan, i ho saben transmetre a l’altre gent. Ens quedem amb molt bon gust de boca, pels seus excel·lents vins, i amb ganes de tornar a visitar el celler durant l’època de la verema, que segur que és espectacular!

Sin duda una de las mejores visitas nunca realizadas. Una bodega de trato directo, donde la conxita y el salvador te atienden directamente. Recibes unas explicaciones muy interesantes mientras paseas por las vinas que rodean la bodega. todo el cultivo es ecologico. la bodega tiene mucha calidez, toda de piedra, se respira en ella un ambiente muy agradable. los vinos son espectaculares, vinos ecologicos qeu son esencia del priorat. compramos algunas botellas para disfrutar en casa tranquilamente.
