Celler Coastal Wines – Bessons is a personal and vital project led by Toni Sánchez and Behn Payten, combining the production of wine, olive oil and beer within the well-known Mediterranean triad: vine, olive tree and cereal. This holistic approach reflects a way of living and understanding the landscape based on sustainability and deep respect for the environment.
The project takes place in a small production space where everything is done with an artisanal, minimal-intervention philosophy, always seeking a balance between nature and human craft. The vineyards and olive trees are carefully tended, integrated into the Mediterranean landscape and naturally adapted to their surroundings.
The wine tourism visit is an immersive and personal experience, in small groups, that lets you get to know the project and its philosophy first-hand. The tour includes the vineyards and production areas, where the making of both the wine and the olive oil is explained.
The experience reflects the connection between the different elements of the Mediterranean landscape and the way they are transformed into unique products, the result of the dedication and sensitivity of their creators.
The final tasting includes a selection of the wines Saurí, Saurí Vinyes Velles, Bessons and Sweet, as well as L’Auliva olive oil, which completes this sensory and gastronomic experience.
Visiting Celler Coastal Wines – Bessons is an opportunity to discover a unique project where wine, olive oil and territory come together in an honest, creative proposal deeply rooted in the Mediterranean landscape.

Un dia redondo aprendiendo de de Toni sobre el mundo del vino y sus increibles conocimientos del mundo del vino… vinos que realiza con amor, pequeñas vinificaciones y pequeñas producciones. No te cansas de escucharlo.
Luego continuamos con la visita a Perinet. Es una bodega enorme e impresionante. Toni es el enólogo de la misma y traslada la idea de su pequeña bodega a la de Perinet logrando también grandes vinos.

Fantástica visita con Toni. Muchas gracias por tu tiempo y por la pasión que pones en todo lo que haces… aprendimos gracias a él un poco más sobre los vinos que se elaboran en el priorat y la cata fue el remate de todo.
