At Atavus Priorat, they work with dedication so that visitors to the Gratallops winery become friends through the unique experience of tasting the natural wines they produce. For years they have been implementing regenerative and biodynamic agriculture practices with the aim of allowing the vineyards, characterised by extremely low yields, to express their authentic essence from the vine to the grape and, finally, to the bottle.
The visits offered by the winery provide the opportunity to enjoy an impressive landscape, all from the comfort of the recently opened tasting room and events area, the most spectacular in the Priorat. At Atavus Priorat, they pay attention to every detail, from the weight of the bottle to any aspect that helps maintain consistency with their philosophy of respect for the environment and sustainability.
The estate’s vineyards, which produce only 400 grams of grapes per vine, are carefully harvested by hand, and this care gives rise to clean and elegant wines. They are not filtered, no yeasts are added and they are not stabilised; Atavus Priorat wines are organic and vegan, following the tradition of their ancestors. What may seem modern today actually reflects the wisdom accumulated over time, in harmony with nature.

Visita muy entretenida y muy bien explicada. Vinos naturales y tratado con mucho cariño que se hace notar en su buen sabor. La comida entre viñedos muy amena. Recogida de la uva de manera manual y elaboracion muy natural.
