In the Celler Vell Cava they make artisanal cava following their own family tradition from the early twentieth century. They grow their own vineyards and you can learn about the full elaboration process of their unique cavas. You can also enjoy Cava Tren, an HO scale railway model reproducing the surroundings of the Penedès and of the vineyards where the family’s cava comes from.
