During the visit, you will discover the Gil family&#8217;s project. \ud83c\udf77<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You will be welcomed in the cloister before starting a guided tour of the exterior of the winery, followed by a visit inside, including the winemaking and ageing room. You will then stroll through the museum and finally enjoy a wine tasting according to the option you have chosen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The second part of the tasting will take place at <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/enoguia.cat\/en\/listing\/oil-tasting-getaway-identitat-olive-oil\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Identitat Olive Oil<\/a><\/strong>. We will discover how their organic single-variety olive oils are produced from Arbequina, Picual and Empeltre olives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the visit, you can walk through their spectacular estates featuring centuries-old olive trees. Afterwards, we will head to the historic centre of <strong>Horta de Sant Joan<\/strong> to visit the olive mill. Our host, Toni, will explain the olive oil production process in the old 13th-century family home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can also adopt an Empeltre olive tree and receive 12 half-litre bottles of organic extra virgin olive oil at the beginning of the year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udc49\ud83c\udffc Fancy joining this Double Tasting?
