This continuity has made it possible to preserve a way of working deeply rooted in the territory, based on respect for old vines and native grape varieties.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"466\" data-end=\"734\">The winery\u2019s vineyards include vines up to 80 and even 100 years old, which grow on licorella (slate) soils and give the wines great concentration and complexity. This viticultural heritage is one of the keys that define the personality of its wines.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"736\" data-end=\"1057\">The wine tourism visit lets you discover up close both the family history and the current winemaking process. One of the most outstanding spaces is the aging room, located inside the original 1814 winery, which preserves its stone vaults and old inscriptions, creating an atmosphere steeped in history and authenticity.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1059\" data-end=\"1322\">During the tour, the winemaker himself guides the visit, explaining the philosophy of the project and the importance of manual work in the vineyard and in the winery.
