This rugged and demanding landscape is one of the keys that define the intense, mineral character of its wines.<\/p>\n<p>The vineyards, spread over small mountain plots, require constant manual work because of the steep slopes and difficult access. This mountain viticulture, often called \u201cheroic\u201d, produces grapes of great concentration and expressiveness that faithfully reflect the essence of the land.<\/p>\n<p>The wine tourism visit lets you discover this unique setting first-hand.
