Celler Lo<\/strong> is a small family project in the Priorat committed to a way of making wine based on closeness, respect for the land and minimal intervention. The winery works exclusively with its own organically farmed vineyards, keeping a very limited production that allows it to control every detail of the process, from the vineyard to the bottle.<\/p>\n The vines are farmed by hand, with all the work done manually to preserve grape quality and the natural balance of the surroundings. This philosophy continues in the winery, where the wines are made through micro-fermentations that allow each batch to be vinified separately and express the particular features of each plot.<\/p>\n The wine tourism visit is a very close and personal experience, ideal for getting to know the day-to-day life of a small Priorat producer. During the tour we discover the philosophy of the project, the winemaking process and the craft techniques that define the winery\u2019s work.<\/p>\n The experience ends with a guided tasting led by the owner, who shares the story of the project and the characteristics of each of the wines.
