The winery works exclusively with its own vineyards, farmed with the utmost respect for the natural environment and seeking for each wine to faithfully express the personality of the estate it comes from.<\/p>\n<p>One of the defining features of the project is plot-by-plot winemaking, which preserves the identity of each terroir and of the different soils of the Priorat. The winery is also a member of La Renaissance des Appellations, a prestigious international group that brings together some of the best winemakers committed to biodynamic viticulture.<\/p>\n<p>The wines are made using only spontaneous fermentations with native yeasts, avoiding unnecessary intervention and keeping the fullest expression of the grape.
