Family-owned winery with more than 100 years of history, located in the Conca de Barberà, with its own vineyards at an altitude of 800 metres in the Prades Mountains. Aymar Wines works with estate-grown grapes using respectful viticulture and winemaking that combines tradition with modern techniques to produce honest wines that are fresh and full of character.
The project also stands out for its organic sparkling wines under the D.O. Clàssic Penedès, as well as its strong commitment to wine tourism, offering experiences that connect landscape, gastronomy and wine culture in a privileged natural setting.
