When a dream comes true, it’s always the result of effort and work done correctly. This is how this particular winemaking project, developed by Sergi Pallares Pradells, emerged. I have taste the diffeent wines proposed by celler arrelats and are ok, however I have tasted better wines from this Spanish region.
