Clos Montblanc is a winery that started out from Masía Les Comes, the home of the Carbonell family, in the 18th century. For generations, the family has been producing wines using artisanal methods. Even today, some of their varieties are still picked by hand and fermented naturally, with no temperature control and using stone vats that date back to Roman times. ©Enoguia

La visita sorprende por que aunque desde fuera el edificio es de lineas perfectas y modernas, mucha parte del proceso de elaborado es artesanal. Recomendable para conocer los vinos tipicos de la conca de Barbarà como el trepat o el cava que realizan.
